"A complete newbie to yoga, I started Neila’s class about four months ago. Having had a bad back and neck for a few years I was rather nervous but Neila soon put my mind at rest about working at my own pace and giving alternative moves if required. After two sessions my muscular issues were vastly improved!
The class is friendly, the yoga is varied and fun and Neila has a great manner of teaching with good knowledge, adaptability and her own dry humour thrown in. The exercise works all areas of your body and the breathing and meditation sections are wonderful. Thoroughly recommend!” M.D.
